New Construction in Long Beach

Jaime Pompa-Jamin represented buyers in the purchase of a shell of a building that had been sitting vacant on a bay front location plot of land for a couple of years after Hurricane Sandy. Once the property was purchased, the owners had retained Jaime and her design team to assist as “Project Manager/Designer” for the new home building project. Jaime and her team reviewed architectural plans and worked side by side with the GC for this project. They methodically laid out the floorplan keeping in mind the clients’ family lifestyle and meticulously chose all materials/finishes for the home. This 8,000SF plus home exudes luxury, yet offers a comfortable and welcoming environment.
