5. Do I know what steps to take after my offer has been accepted by a seller?
6. Do I have resources available to me to search for mortgage lenders, appraisers, property inspectors/engineers, attorneys, etc.?

We are dedicated to the process of finding a property at the best possible price in the least amount of time.

JPJ Real Estate & Design representatives will inspect and preview properties for clients and provide ongoing services after which a purchaser has presented and had an offer accepted. Through our proprietary client login, purchasers have the ability to view the status of our progress at any given time. Each purchaser is given an identification code and password forwarding them to a personalized page on the site, which lists all available properties that closely meet the purchasers’ requirements along with any activity or comments made by both the agent and/or client.
