In 2009, Jaime formed JPJ Beneficial Real Estate Group, now JPJ Real Estate & Design, as a residential real estate firm dedicated to assisting homeowners and prospective purchasers with a convenient and adept approach to the residential market. She had spent several years prior working in commercial real estate and founded JPJ with the vision of bringing accountability and transparency to the real estate market. After working closely with many residential owners and becoming active in many communities throughout Long Island, Jaime had been approached by local business owners and commercial property owners in assisting them to sell or lease their properties. In September of 2011, Jaime had decided to once again delve into the commercial real estate market. The company is now active in both the residential market throughout New York and the commercial real estate market throughout Long Island.

In 2006, Jaime joined Massey Knakal Realty Services in New York, where she assisted Managing Partner, Brian Leary, in managing a commercial investment sales division consisting of 75 employees. There, she also assisted Brian in property sales totaling 2.5million square feet of existing buildings and 3million square feet of buildable square feet for an aggregate sales value of approximately $525,000,000. Having worked closely with Brian for several years in the New York Real Estate market, she decided to join him and contribute to the development of CPEX Real Estate in 2008. With extensive experience in sales, leasing, administration and operations, she was involved in implementing procedures and processes that assisted the company in achieving its operating goals.
Prior to joining Massey Knakal, she worked as an operations manager for Eileen Lally & Associates, a law firm primarily focused in real estate based in Chicago. Her position consisted of managing the office, composing memoranda, consults, confidential real estate law documents, managing communications, and developing and conceiving an archival system for closed cases. Having worked in real estate law, Jaime’s real estate brokerage career began in residential sales at Century 21 Sussex & Reilly before moving to New York, where she joined New York Commercial Realty Services. There she gained more experience in both commercial sales and leasing, negotiating and finalizing real estate transactions.
Jaime’s ability to communicate and understand her clients’ objectives has helped her successfully complete real estate transactions throughout New York and Chicago. Many clients have become repeat customers as they buy, sell, finance, decorate and renovate their properties.

Joel joined JPJ Real Estate & Design in June 2009 to focus his efforts on residential ad commercial aquisitions and dispositions throughout New York. He is a dedicated, self-motivated, team player with strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Joel has extensive experience within the real estate market and is an asset amongst the direction of the company’s sales force.
Joel joined the Navy immediately after college and then began his career working for a private investigations firm, implementing his skills of commitment to detail and the development of effective action plans. After several years of experience, he moved on and opened his own firm, Equitable Investigations, specializing in surveillance, motor vehicle accidents, hijackings of land vehicles, fire and arson insurance fraud, as well as liquor and medical liability insurance fraud. He conducted thorough investigations and maintained accurate records by the collection, analysis and presentation of criminal evidence in compliance with the law. Joel has consistently used his investigative experience to align clients’ objectives with effective solutions.
Joel started a family in the 1980’s, which led him to a career change into the sales industry in 1993. He has more than 25 years of experience in sales. Joel is a certified expert in pricing strategies, client relations and needs assessments, marketing, financial management, purchasing, and administration/staff training. He has proven that he is capable of a quick study and consistently looks for ways to put into application new ideas, concepts, methods and technologies.
Joel Pompa was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and currently resides on Long Island, New York. He is fluent in Spanish, which has helped expand his client base. Joel attended the University of Miami, studied Business and Physical Education, and later joined the United States Navy, achieving honorable discharge in 1978.
